Lotus Bird Vitality Policies

REFUNDS
For products purchased, we do not accept refunds unless the product received is defective or damaged.
If you believe the product received was faulty or damaged upon arrival, you must get in contact with
Lotus Bird Vitality within 5 days of its receipt. We will then evaluate the issue and try our best to rectify
the situation. Unfortunately if you contact us after this 5 day period, we cannot offer you a refund.

If your refund is accepted by Lotus Bird Vitality, your item must be returned in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns will need to be sent to
the following address: 2 Limerick Loop, Wattle Grove, WA 6107, Australia.

Products sent back for a refund, without prior discussion and acceptance by Lotus Bird Vitality, will not
be accepted. Refunds are not offered for products purchased on sale or bought with a gift card.

For all agreed refunds, they will be issued in the same currency form as the original purchase. If you used
a particular debit or credit card to make the purchase, it must be refunded to the same one.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not offer or accept any returns or exchanges, unless the product is proven by our
supplier to be defective and the warranty coverage has not expired. Please be aware that not all products
sold by Lotus Bird Vitality is guaranteed to have warranty coverage.

Our process of determining your eligibility to return or exchange a “defective” product within the
warranty period is as follows:

  1. Product is delivered personally or mailed at own cost to the following address: 2 Limerick Loop,
    Wattle Grove, WA 6107, Australia, in its original condition for evaluation – i.e all item parts are
    accounted for, the consumer has taken proper care of the product and has not damaged it by using it
    in a way it was not meant for.
  2. Once evaluated and if accepted, Lotus Bird Vitality will communicate directly with their supplier to
    send off for assessment.
  3. If supplier deems the product to be defective, Lotus Bird Vitality will action the requested return or exchange.

 
Please be aware that this process can take between 10 – 21 days and Lotus Bird Vitality will only cover
the shipping and any other related costs if that product has and is covered under warranty. Products with
expired warranty will have the shipping costs put back onto the consumer.

Products sent back for a return or exchange, without prior discussion and acceptance by Lotus Bird
Vitality, will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges are not offered for products purchased on sale or
bought with a gift card.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY POLICY

Purchases and shipping applies to Australia only, we do not currently ship products to other countries. 

For all products and items purchased within Australia, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery before contacting Lotus Bird Vitality to follow up. We will do our best to communicate with you on any foreseeable delays
