Sessions are usually between 20 - 30 minutes and can depend on the areas you want treated.

Red Light Therapy is considered a safe, non-toxic and non-invasive treatment. It is not associated with any side effects, at least if used as directed. 

For those who are pregnant, epileptic or have active cancerous lesions or are taking photosensitive medications, it is not advisable to undergo this treatment.

Particular areas of improvement to look out for are: quality of sleep, pain levels, post workout recovery times, colour and textures of scars and wounds, skin texture and tone, energy levels and mood / stress levels.

Red Light Therapy has been demonstrated to be a safe and painless treatment with various wellness benefits and reasons to use it.

RLT emits a low heat level that is painless and doesn't burn your skin.

The light is very different to tanning booths and does not expose skin to any damaging UV rays.

As with any form of treatment, there is always a potential for side effects, however these ones tend to be minimal - mild redness or a slight tingling sensation.

Although Red Light Therapy is safe, the lights are bright and may cause slight discomfort (especially for those with light sensitivity) if using for a long duration. Our goggles are designed to block out the light and provide a more comfortable experience.

You can come for sessions as often as you feel is required - there is no limitation!

The best results are produced with regular attendance or when used daily, however (depending on your situation) we recommend 2-3 sessions a week to see how you feel.

You must have a break  of 6-8 hours between sessions to allow for maximum benefit.

For new clients, you will need to complete paperwork and an initial consult prior to your first session. For the session duration, you will be laying down with the red light placed over the treatment area. You may be given goggles to wear.

Best results come from bare skin, please wear comfortable undergarments. Small towels will be provided for privacy.
